About the Role

Objectives of this Role:

• Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives.
• Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement.
• Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance.
• Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached.
• Communicate adequately and professionally to the stakeholders with the objective of achieving goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Interns will be provided with activity/work tasks on a daily basis.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
• Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Analyse, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders.
• Status update on daily basis/Task progress tracking meeting


Requirements

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in any field

  • Have good communication skills and proficient in English (Written + Verbal)

  • Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills

  • Working knowledge of digital marketing, designing posters/templates, Writing Mails, attending queries, Networking, Driving Online/Offline campaigns


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Master’s degree in business administration or related field

  • Previous stakeholder management skills

  • Strong working knowledge of designing, content writing, and working with stakeholders.

  • Proven proposal writing experience.


You create plans that have clear, measurable success criteria. You clearly communicate progress and outcomes. You oversee the gap between teams, processes, and systems. You are able to solve ambiguous problems and proactively identify and mitigate risks (before they become roadblocks). You demonstrate good judgment in how and when to escalate (without damaging relationships). You are data-driven. You regularly review metrics and proactively seek out new and improved data/mechanisms for visibility. You ensure your program stays aligned with organizational objectives.


You understand program-management best practices. You may be asked to use your knowledge to assess processes, program plans, and operations requirements. You streamline and/or eliminate excess process to deliver a superior service to customers and stakeholders in your space. You influence teams to decouple from dependencies and eliminate problems that stifle innovation or cause user dissatisfaction. You are an excellent communicator. You write effective narratives (e.g., Proposals, PR/FAQ, reporting, etc.) and present them effectively to leaders. You routinely deliver the right things with limited guidance. When confronted with discordant views, you are able to find the best way forward and influence others to follow that path (build consensus).
