About the Role
• Provide general support to the People Consultants and People Partners in the operations organization. • Coordinate and assist with the planning and execution of projects or events.
• Facilitate the new hire/transfer brief and coordinate the associated onboarding process.
• Provide insightful data, develop and deliver documentation related to local employee relations, collect, maintain, analyze, and track information.
• Partner with colleagues to organize events locally.
Learn and master Tevoxo's internal systems and run various reports as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position
Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
Strong ethics and reliability
B. Tech /BSc/BA or any degree in bachelors is eligible
Master's degree in business administration, social studies or relevant field will be a plus
